   • Payments made for darshan or pooja bookings are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
3. No Date Changes
   • Once the payment is completed and the booking is confirmed, the date for darshan or pooja cannot be rescheduled or altered.
4. Failed Transactions
   • Transactions that are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to the Alwarpet Anjaneyar Temple system are deemed to be failed transactions.
   • All such transactions are eligible for a refund post reconciliation. In such cases, the refunded amount (excluding Bank/Payment Gateway charges) will be processed within 10-15 working days.
